My Strange Minecraft Encounter
So there I was, playing Minecraft, making a 1.8 video, and just fooling around. I was in the middle of a video when Minecraft had a strange 404 Error, now please note I was playing on the Downloadable Client at the time. The error read "ERROR 404. PAGE NOT FOUND". I thought this was just a glitch with the game and restarted Minecraft up. I started playing again with my apologies to the people that would watch the video when I posted it to YouTube. After about two minutes of game play, I got the same 404 Error. This time, being skeptical, I restarted Minecraft again and stopped the video, after about two minutes the game 404'd yet again.
I went into some research on the forums running down the 1.8 News seeing if anyone got 404'd suddenly. Nothing. I started playing for a fourth time, this time, no error. I walked around my world and the game 404'd on me again, I saw that the error was different. It read "ERROR 404. PAGE NOT FOU404040404040404STOP040404". My whole computer froze, after restarting it and playing Minecraft again, I didn't get any errors, but I saw a gruesome sight, I saw a sign above my bed in my house that simply read "STOP". And somehow, I had a undescribable feeling that this was Herobrines work...
I checked my .jar file and saw no mods, I walked around a bit more, no signs from Herobrine. I saw what looked like a Steve in the distance. I walked up to the Steve and it walked away revealing a ton of glitching Herobrines, I did a double take and deleted the .jar file in Minecraft. I started up a new world and put the Render Distance on Tiny and the Graphics on Fast. I didn't find anything else in the world, no signs of Herobrine or anything. I played on the new world like I would normally do, when I discovered a burnt down house. I didn't see any signs or any items in it, just a ton of wood, wooden planks, and cobblestone.
I know the rumors of Herobrine aren't real and even Notch stated he's just a myth. But this was a real encounter... This isn't normal Minecraft...
